HOW TO CONNECT A STRATEGY TO 3 COMMAS

 

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS STEP BY STEP
❗ Do not copy my Settings blindly, these are for illustrative purposes only ❗

Disclaimer: Bot Trading is only for experienced Traders. If you Trade with a Bot it does NOT mean you have no Risk. You can still lose money if the Bot suddenly gets unprofitable.

Step 01:

Click "connect exchange".

Use the "Fast Connect"-Function for an easy exchange connection.

04 - use demo account unless you know for sure what you are doing and you feel safe riskin

Click your profile settings and activate the "Show Demo Account".

Use a demo account unless you understand 100% what you are doing and unless you feel confident risking your real money!

05 - use demo account unless you know for sure what you are doing and you feel safe riskin

Step 05:

Click the demo account so it will be automatically used when you setup your DCA Bots.

Step 06:

Create your first Bot. You need to create 2 Bots, 1 Bot for Long Trades and 1 Bot for Short Trades.

Bot Type: set to "Single-Pair"

Start Order Type: set to "Market"

Make sure to read the linked Documentation above if you are not familiar with 3 Commas.

Step 07:

Use TradingView custom Signal for the deal start condition.

For the take profit you can use 100% or you can use TradingView custom Signal, it does not matter.

Set the safety order settings in a way so that no safety orders will get triggered.

If you are ready click "Start" on the right side to activate your DCA LONG Bot.

Your LONG Bot is now turned on.

Check your Settings once again, if you are happy with it scroll down to the messages.

We will use the "Message for deal start signal" and the "Message to close order at Market Price" for the TradingView Strategy.

15 - enable use strategy alerts and check if there is a space inside the boxes - if so del

Enable the option "Use Strategy Alerts" ☑️.

Check if there is a space inside the input-boxes (check all input-boxes: long entry, long exit, short enty, short exit, close position long exit, close position short exit).

If so, delete the space within them.

Copy the "Message for deal start signal" from your DCA Long Bot by clicking once on it.

Paste the copied "Message for deal start signal" into the "Long: Entry"-box.

Copy the "Message to close order at Market Price" from your DCA Long Bot by clicking once on it.

Check your Settings once again, if you are happy with it scroll down to the messages.

Copy the "Message to close order at Market Price" from your DCA Short Bot by clicking once on it.

Paste the same message into the "*Close Position* enabled: Short Exit"-box when you have enabled this option in the settings above.

If you are ready, click the OK-Button.

Add an alert on your Strategy.

Use the Strategy for your Condition.

Within the Message-Box there must be written:

{{strategy.order.comment}}

Everything else must be deleted within this Message-Box, otherwise it will not work.

NOTE: make sure you already have copy/pasted the Deal-Messages from 3Commas into the Strategy Alerts-Boxes BEFORE creating an Alert. All changes within the Inputs-Section of the Strategy will not affect the created Alert afterwards.

Step 34:

Click the Notifications-Tab, enable the Webhool URL and paste the copied Webhook URL from Step 12.

If you are ready, click the Create-Button.

Check the Alerts log to see if everything is working correctly.

Within 3Commas, click DCA-Bot on the left side, scroll down and see if the Deals get triggered by checking the amount of Deals.
